1. Does the case need to be charged?

No, Reflekt's case doesn’t require a battery or charging. It draws minimal power directly from the phone's electromagnetic field using our innovative NFC chip technology. There’s no impact on your phone’s battery life.

2. Does the case need power to maintain the picture?

Not at all. Once an image is transferred to the case, it stays displayed without requiring any additional power. Even if you remove the case, the picture remains on the E-Ink display until you choose to update it.

3. Does it support MagSafe and wireless charging?

Reflekt cases support wireless charging; however, the MagSafe magnet may not stick properly due to the E-Ink display on the back.

4. Can I use my own pictures?

Absolutely! The Reflekt app allows you to upload any picture from your phone’s gallery. Additionally, you’ll have access to a library of free images within the app. Personalize your case to match your style effortlessly.

5. How does the case work?

Simply download the dedicated Reflekt app, select your desired image, and tap your phone to the NFC-enabled case to transfer the picture instantly.

6. Is it protective enough for my phone like other cases?

Yes, Reflekt cases are built to military-grade standards with four protective layers made from TPU, TPE, PC, and tempered glass. The design ensures your phone is safeguarded against drops, scratches, and daily wear and tear.

7. Is the case waterproof?

Yes, the case functions normally with exposure to water. However, we do not recommend prolonged submersion or exposure to water environments.
