Return Policy
At Reflekt, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@reflektstore.com within 14 days of purchase. To initiate the return, you will need to:
- Provide clear images showing the defect or damage.
- Email the images and a description of the issue to support@reflektstore.com.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Before Processing: Orders can be canceled without any fees as long as they have not yet been processed. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@reflektstore.com.

After Delivery: Orders cannot be canceled once delivered. If you no longer want the product, you can:
- Reject the package from the carrier. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Upon receiving the returned package, we will process a refund (excluding any applicable shipping charges).
Missing, Incorrect, or Wrong Items Sent
If you have received the wrong item, are missing items from your order, or have received an incorrect package, please contact us at support@reflektstore.com. Ensure to:
- Email us your order number and tracking number.

Send clear pictures of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The weight of the package
- The item(s) you received
Once we verify the issue, we will either resend the correct item(s) or issue a refund, depending on the specific case.
Package Arrives Damaged
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Email us at support@reflektstore.com with detailed pictures of the received items and the damaged packaging.
- Include a clear description of the issue, your order number, and any case number you have from the shipping company.
- DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials as they are necessary for claim validation with the shipping company. Failure to retain packaging will void any claims.
Exchanges
For product exchanges:
- The processing time for the replacement will be 2-7 business days after we receive the returned item, subject to stock availability.
- We will notify you once the exchange has been processed and shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-6 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note the following refund processing times:
- PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
- Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
Please be aware that duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
