Does the case need to be charged?

No, the Reflekt case does not have a battery. It uses power from your phone’s NFC field, meaning it won’t drain your phone’s battery significantly.

Does the image stay on the case even after I remove it from the phone?

Yes! The E-Ink display retains the image indefinitely after the transfer, requiring zero power to maintain the picture. The only time power is needed is when changing the image.

How does the case work?

  1. Download the Reflekt App.
  2. Choose an image from your gallery or the built-in free image library.
  3. Confirm and let the magic beggin! the image updates instantly!

Customization & App Features

Can I use my own photos?

Yes! You can upload any personal image from your phone’s album or choose from the free designs available in the Reflekt app.

Can I change the image as many times as I want?

Absolutely! There is no limit to how many times you can update your case’s design.


Does the case support animated images?

No, since the E-Ink display is static, it can only display still images.


Durability & Protection

Is the Reflekt case protective like regular cases?

Yes! The case is built with military-grade protection using four protective layers:

  • TPU + TPE + PC materials for shock absorption.
  • Anti-scratch tempered glass over the E-Ink screen for durability.

Is the case waterproof?

Yes, the case functions normally even when exposed to water. However, we do not recommend prolonged exposure to water or submerging the case.

Does the case support MagSafe or wireless charging?

  • Wireless charging - Fully supported.
  • MagSafe compatibility -The magnets won’t hold properly due to the E-Ink screen.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide using trusted shipping partners.


What are the shipping options?

  • Standard Air Freight: 7-25 business days.
  •  Express Air Freight: 5-7 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if I need to return or exchange my case?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused cases in original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details.


Do you collect VAT for EU orders?
At this time, we do not collect VAT at checkout for EU customers under the IOSS system. This means you may be required to pay VAT upon delivery as determined by your local customs authorities.



What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and additional return shipping fees may apply.
