Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two main shipping options:

  • Standard Air Freight: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 25 working days. This option offers reliable, cost-effective shipping, but please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

  • Express Air Freight: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days. For faster delivery, we recommend this option. This service prioritizes expedited handling and shipment.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping method during checkout. The charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Please note: Any additional fees, such as customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process your orders within 1 to 3 working days. This time is necessary for order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Israel. Depending on the destination country, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply.

  • These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs regulations vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.

  • If a customer refuses to pay import taxes or customs fees, the package may be returned to us, and we will not be able to issue a refund for shipping costs.

For customers in the European Union: At this time, we do not collect VAT at checkout under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. This means that your local customs office may require you to pay VAT before your order is delivered.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been dispatched.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@reflektstore.com. We will assist you in locating your shipment.

Important: Reflekt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Packages

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong items, please carefully inspect the package upon arrival. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at support@reflektstore.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and the items received

Once the issue is confirmed, we will work to resolve it promptly.

Changes to Your Order

We can only make changes before the order is processed. Once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
